Jorge Aviles is an enthusiastic, motivated veteran and essential Partner of the Universal Strategies Investment Group, bringing over 25 years of leadership and relationship building experience to the team. He was born in New York and raised in Miramar, Florida. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for five and half years. After his decorated military service, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Jorge is a professional of high integrity bringing his vast experience managing contract negotiations, teambuilding, conflict mediation, and problem solving into the multifamily syndication arena. Jorge is a loving husband and a father of four great children, one of which also served honorably in the U. S. Marine Corps. He looks forward to assisting busy professionals invest in multifamily real estate.

Rebecca Strenges, is the newest member of Universal Strategies Investment Group, taking on the role of Investor Relations Coordinator. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, Rebecca has established deep roots within the community. Rebecca and her husband are both successful small business owners with a passion for real estate and creating generational wealth. As a mother of 5 and a licensed Hairapist of 10 years and an entrepreneur, Rebecca has an innate ability to build strong relationships based on trust, integrity and respect. She is looking forward to developing solid business partnerships with investors.

Jorge Abreu is the co-founder and CEO of Elevate. He manages the properties before and after we close, communicates with the property managers, and makes sure everything is on track with the business plan. Jorge was born and raised in Miami, Florida, has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After college, he left corporate America to begin a real estate career. He teamed up with Eric Bodiwala and using his engineering background as a complement to Eric’s marketing background built what is Elevate today. Jorge uses his engineering knowledge to manage construction projects. With more than 12 years of real estate and construction experience, Jorge is second to none when it comes to evaluating & renovating properties.

Brian Wagers is the CIO of Elevate Commercial Investment Group. Brian focuses on educating investors on how they can grow their net worth and increase their wealth through multifamily real estate. He grew his family's portfolio to 500 units before moving on to syndication where has now been involved in over $150,000,000 worth of apartment transactions & over 2,000 units through his experience as an owner and general partner. He now seeks to invest and help other high growth professionals and business owners put their money in a tax advantaged, risk adjusted growth space that is multi family.
